After I posted this review yesterday, on 25/01/23, I finally heard from All Your Appliances today. They offered me three choices: a full exchange, a new door, or cash compensation. I opted for the cash and I'm quite happy with how it turned out. I can't help but wonder if I would have received a response had I not shared my experience.
